PENIS EXERCISES

There are plenty of different types of exercises that you can do, most of these can be found on forums. The main thing these exercises have in common though is they work toward breaking down the cells or stretching the ligaments.

Ligament exercises

The ligament is the bit that you can feel at the base of the penis at the top. You may have heard of it as the piece the surgeons cut to let the penis flop lower making it slightly bigger. Most people on the forums agree that stretching this lets you gain a little more and a little faster. Mostly these exercises are things like manual stretching where you pull the penis as hard as you can away from the body. Some suggest pulling up, down and side to side as well to stretch it in all directions.

Jelqing

This is one of the oldest of most trusted methods. I will quickly explain the easiest way to do this. Basically while you are 20-30% erect you should oil your penis up, most like baby oil but others are suitable. Next make your index finger and thumb into an O sign, as if you're giving the ok sign, place around the penis as near to the base as possible. Squeeze tight and push forward along the length of the penis forcing the blood through till you reach then end of your penis.

Then while your hand is still there you start with your other hand and as soon as you start remove your first hand. Keep it continuous so as one hand finishes the other starts, always pushing blood forward, as if to get the head as full as possible.


The main thing this achieves is as the blood is pushed through the cells it breaks them down, the harder you squeeze the blood forward the better this will happen. The better the cells are broken down the more will replace them while the cells repair with the penis extender on.

Some people use 20 minutes to 30 minutes as a good amount of time spent breaking cells down and most people either use 4 days on 3 off, so they get 3 days without exercising but continue with the extender. Other people suggest 5 days on and 2 off. Whatever happens you must know that the more work you put in the better and faster the results.


If you really, and i mean REALLY want a bigger penis then is 30 minutes a day going to be a problem. Many people start these exercises then stop because the can't be bothered any more, even after seeing results. In all fairness the extender will work on its own but if you're in a rush then these exercises will help. The same as exercises on their own will do something to help you gain but obviously if you penis is held to 6 inches when the cells heal instead of 4 inches then it will need more cells to fill it, pretty obvious really and well worth the trouble.
